Job summary

Five Below Inc. is seeking a store leader to oversee daily operations, train crew, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will manage opening/closing procedures, assist with stock, and drive sales through merchandising optimization and team performance.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment. This hourly position offers opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and think creatively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew deliver WOW customer service with personal contact.
• Train crew on BEST customer service for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and maintain service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking; act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Open or close the store; secure cash, doors, alarms, and daily setup.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates in policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and service.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and store recovery processes.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping tasks as required.
