Job summary

Five Below Inc. seeks an energetic Store Leader to join our Columbus team. This hourly role involves opening/closing the store, supervising associates, and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will help manage stock, merchandising, and promotions to drive sales while maintaining inventory integrity. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock.
• Sets up displays and signage per guidelines and promotions.
• Manages opening/closing store duties and security procedures.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed and leads staff.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and training.
• Drives sales and controls store expenses through merchandising and customer service.
• Executes market plan and updates promotional materials.
• Ensures Inventory Integrity is maintained.
