You will supervise staffing, assist customers, help with merchandising and safety compliance, and contribute to department profitability while upholding Kroger's values of respect, integrity and diversity. This role requires flexibility across shifts and locations.

Competenze

• Minimum high school diploma or GED with retail exposure.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Able to interpret basic math and communicate clearly.
• Team player who can adapt to a fast-paced store environment.
