Job summary

Dunn-Edwards is seeking a Customer Service Lead to support the store management team and oversee operations during shifts. You will model excellent service, assist customers in person and by phone, and help keep the sales floor stocked and organized.

The role involves directing associates during opening and closing, driving sales with strong customer interactions, and upholding Dunn-Edwards standards for fast, reliable service. A driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Four years of High School with diploma or GED is required.
• Previous experience in a shift supervisory role is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers, ask questions, and advise on options to meet needs.
• Ensure product delivery meets Dunn-Edwards quality and service expectations.
• Represent the Dunn-Edwards brand professionally at all times.
• Take customer orders via email, phone, or in-person and process through POS.
• Assist with store safety and regulatory compliance.
• Stock and merchandise products according to planogram and maintain areas.
• Direct store associates during opening/closing shifts.
• Communicate clearly, both written and verbal.
• Support inventory management and stock levels.
