Qualifications

• Four years of high school with diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous experience in a shift supervisory role is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management with delivering a distinctive shopping experience.
• Allocate staff and resources to keep the sales floor stocked.
• Organize sales floor and stock areas; build partnerships with painting professionals.
• Interact with customers in person and by phone, offering expert advice.
• Process orders through POS and handle customer transactions accurately.
• Adhere to safety and regulatory standards and maintain store cleanliness and inventory levels.
