Dunn-Edwards is seeking a Customer Service Lead to support the store management team and run operations during shifts. You will model excellent customer service, allocate staff, maintain stock, and build partnerships with painting professionals to uphold our fast, reliable service standard.

The role requires leadership in a supervisory capacity, with growth opportunities as Dunn-Edwards grows and staff are developed. Eligibility includes a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license.

Qualificações

• Four years of high school with diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous shift supervisory experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures; write routine reports.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Make a connection with customers and offer options and advice on meeting their needs.
• Ensure product delivery meets Dunn-Edwards quality and service expectations.
• Act as a positive extension of the Dunn-Edwards brand in professional conduct.
• Take customer orders via email, phone, or in person and process through the POS.
• Assist with store safety compliance and opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain stock and merchandising according to planogram.
• Direct store associates during opening/closing shifts when needed.
