Job summary

Dunn-Edwards is seeking a Customer Service Lead to support the store management team and ensure a distinctive shopping experience during scheduled shifts. You will model outstanding service, oversee floor operations, and supervise associates when managers are away, while helping customers with expert color advice and sales.

This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and ongoing learning through Dunn-Edwards Learning Network and certification programs to support growth.

Qualifications

• Four years of High School with diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in a shift supervisory role is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and advise on projects.
• Take and process customer orders via email, phone, or in person.
• Stock and merchandise products according to planogram.
• Open/close procedures and operate POS to complete transactions.
• Ensure safety and regulatory standards are followed.
• Supervise shift in absence of Store Manager.
