Job summary

Dunn-Edwards is seeking a Customer Service Lead to assist the store management team in delivering a distinctive shopping experience. You will model excellent customer service, manage staff during shifts, and ensure store operations run smoothly in the absence of store leadership.

You will engage customers in-person and by phone, provide product advice, and handle orders through POS while maintaining planogram integrity and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Four years of High School with diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone and in-person to offer expert advice and process transactions.
• Lead shift operations and allocate staff and resources.
• Ensure store safety and regulatory compliance at all times.
• Stock and merchandise products according to planogram and maintain inventory levels.
• Assist management in delivering the Dunn-Edwards store vision of fast and reliable service.
