Responsibilities

• Ensures crew wow the customer with fast, friendly checkout and service.
• Oversees daily store activities and training of associates.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking items on the floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed for store operations and safety.
• Opens/closes the store, handles cash, locks, and alarms.
• Supports merchandising, scheduling, and basic housekeeping.
