Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store crew member with leadership qualities to support daily operations and customer experience. The role involves supervising associates, training, and ensuring a high-energy, friendly checkout.

You will assist with stocking, merchandising, and daily cash handling tasks. This hourly position requires flexible scheduling, including days, evenings, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts; prior retail or management experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers with personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking; opens/closes store; secures cash and alarms.
