Job summary

Five Below is seeking store crew members to deliver a fast, friendly checkout experience and WOW customers daily. You will help train associates, oversee daily store operations, and assist with stocking and merchandising.

The role includes acting as Manager on Duty when needed and maintaining safe, organized store conditions. Applicants should have at least a High School diploma, with preferred college experience, and be capable of multi-tasking in a dynamic retail environment.

• Wows customers through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout experience.

• Oversees daily activities of store associates and addresses urgent issues as needed.
• Assists with receiving and stocking to keep items on the sales floor quickly.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when required, managing store operations and staff.
