Responsibilities

• Ensure crew delivers WOW customer service at checkout and on the sales floor.
• Oversee daily store activities, supervise associates, and resolve issues.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking for fast floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff.
• Open/close duties including cash, alarms, and security.
• Support onboarding and training to improve performance.
• Drive sales by optimizing merchandising and service.
