Job summary

Five Below is hiring for an hourly Crew/Store Leader role in which you will directly connect with customers, train associates, and oversee daily store operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will help with receiving stock, merchandising, and opening/closing procedures while leading a team to deliver excellent service and sales growth. Must be 18+, with 1+ year of management experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Creative thinking.
• Maintain composure under pressure.
• Must be at least 18 years old and capable of all essential functions.

Responsibilities

• Wows the customer through personal contact.
• Trains crew on BEST customer service; ensures fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and their duties.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for the floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty for store operations, staff management and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing: cash, doors, alarms, and daily readiness.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
