Job summary

Five Below is seeking a capable crew leader with 1+ year of management experience to oversee daily store operations and customer service. You will train team members, manage opening/closing duties, and ensure merchandise is stocked and presented effectively.

You’ll drive sales, control costs, and partner with leadership on merchandising and store policies. A high school diploma is expected with college experience preferred, and scheduling includes days, evenings, weekends, and potential travel.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring a fast, friendly check out.
• Oversee daily activities of all store associates and ensure quality service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff management, and urgent issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and prep for daily ops.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service improvements.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery procedures.
• Perform maintenance tasks like cleaning and stockroom organization.
