Job summary

Five Below Inc. is seeking a capable store crew leader to wow customers with friendly service and efficient checkout experiences. You will assist with daily store operations, supervise associates, open/close procedures, and uphold safety and merchandising standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, strong communication, multi-tasking ability, and a willingness to work day/evening/weekend shifts. Prior management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wow customers with personal contact and fast, friendly checkout experiences.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience and policies.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking of new stock for the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, and set alarms for daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies and product knowledge.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
• Partner with the leadership team on merchandising procedures and floor recoveries.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
