Job summary

CubeSmart is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage stores within a district, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, safe facility. The role includes leasing units, processing payments, and supporting maintenance tasks on-site.

You will work daytime hours with potential Sundays off in some locations, with opportunities to grow within the company across the U.S. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer base.
• Self-driven with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and up-to-date auto insurance.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions with a standout experience.
• Interact face-to-face with customers and deliver excellent service while building rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Perform daily operational tasks such as lock checks and showing units to customers.
