CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage stores within the district, delivering outstanding customer service and overseeing daily operations. The role involves leasing units, processing payments, and maintaining property appearance.

You will work primarily daytime hours with potential Sundays off, growing with a company that rewards tenure with PTO, a 401(k) match, and health plan contributions.

• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interact face to face with customers, provide excellent service, and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units.
• Rent self-storage units, sell store merchandise, manage the leasing process, take payments via POS, complete daily bank deposits, and call customers about late payments.
• Walk daily to inspect and maintain the property, perform cleaning, and ensure safety and cleanliness of facilities.
