CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage both customer service and property maintenance across the district. You’ll engage with customers, rent units, handle payments, and maintain a clean facility while meeting daily tasks and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and delivering solutions while ensuring a standout experience.
• Interact face to face with customers, provide excellent service and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and unit showings.
• Rent units, sell store merchandise, manage leasing, process payments via POS, and handle daily deposits.
