Job summary

CubeSmart is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage stores within the district with emphasis on customer service and maintenance. You will interact with customers, rent units, process payments, and meet sales targets while ensuring a clean, safe facility.

The role includes daily property walks, opening/closing doors, and performing maintenance tasks. Weekend availability and a valid driver’s license are required, along with basic MS Office skills.

• Ability to work Saturdays (and Sundays in some locations).

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interact face-to-face with customers and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Rent storage units, sell store merchandise, manage leasing, and process payments using the POS system.
• Daily property maintenance tasks: cleaning units and store grounds, opening/closing doors (up to 50 lbs).
• Keep facility clean and safe to meet company guidelines.
