Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units.
• Renting units, selling store merchandise, managing leasing, accepting payments via POS, completing daily deposits, and following up on late payments.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; daily housekeeping and neat facilities.
• Ensuring restrooms and common areas are clean and safe.
