Job summary

Five Below seeks an experienced store leader to ensure top-notch customer service and efficient daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will train crew, oversee stock, and help drive sales through merchandising and excellent guest experiences.

As Manager on Duty, you will handle opening/closing, cash handling, and staff coordination while maintaining safety and policy compliance. The role requires flexibility for day/evening shifts and weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Wowers the customer through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Trains crew on the customer service experience (B.E.S.T.).
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures quality service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for the floor.
• Operates as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff issues.
• Responsible for opening/closing the store, securing cash, and alarms.
