Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing product information and maintaining merchandising standards.
• Collaborate on 30-60-90 day plans to support department priorities and staffing.
• Create effective staff schedules to meet traffic while hitting payroll goals.
• Build and lead a team, coach, develop, and conduct annual reviews.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and store policies and procedures.
