Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing knowledgeable product information and maintaining merchandising standards.
• Lead and coach teammates as Team Captain of On Field Operations, oversee scheduling, and ensure a consistent athlete-first shopping experience.
• Communicate goals, assign workload, and adjust plans to meet department and payroll objectives while maintaining operations.
• Build a strong team, handle hiring/onboarding, and manage performance, ensuring a respectful store environment.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs, and enforce policies with accountability.
