Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution across the sales floor with strong merchandising, pricing, and athlete experience.
• Coach teammates, manage priorities, and deliver a consistent athlete-first shopping experience.
• Develop and implement 30–60–90 day plans to support business priorities for assigned departments.
• Hire, onboard, and retain direct reports; hold teammates accountable for policies and performance.
