Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or customer service
• Previous customer-facing experience required
• Previous people leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing product information and recommendations
• Uphold merchandising standards with floor sets, signage, and pricing
• Promote programs such as loyalty, warranties, and private label enrollment
• Partner with store leadership to develop 30–60–90 day plans for department priorities
• Plan staffing and scheduling to meet athlete traffic while controlling costs
• Lead and coach teammates, conduct reviews, and ensure policy compliance
• Open/close procedures and oversee front-end operations when needed
