Job summary

Rack Room Shoes in North Augusta, SC is seeking a Team Lead to supervise daily store operations, ensure policy compliance, and guide staff under the Store Manager. Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day store operations.
• Ensure 100% compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership, training and guidance to staff under Store Manager direction.
• Maintain a safe environment for customers and employees.
• Oversee POS transactions, sales, discounts, refunds and loyalty programs.
• Oversee inventory control, price changes, and merchandise presentation.
• Assist with scheduling and payroll-related tasks.
• Support loss prevention and asset protection efforts.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and District/Regional Manager.
