You will oversee hiring, training, and coaching of Customer Service Associates while ensuring profitability and adherence to Wawa’s safety and quality standards. This on-site role rewards strong leadership with meaningful benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Proven leadership in food service or retail is a plus.
• Strong store operations experience including staffing, scheduling, and expense control.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer leaves satisfied by addressing feedback and maintaining a friendly Wawa experience.
• Deliver engaging training for Customer Service Associates to meet safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Assist hiring, onboarding, coaching, recognizing and motivating the team.
• Coordinate schedules and daily tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
• Monitor store performance, review reports, and manage shrink.
• Collaborate with peers to develop action plans that drive results.
