Wawa, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead daily store operations, drive team development, and improve profitability. You will oversee hiring, training, and growth of Customer Service Associates, while guiding performance and ensuring a smooth, friendly Wawa experience for every guest.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, training, performance management, and driving results through effective execution. A hands-on leader with strong communication is essential.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Proven leadership experience, ideally in food service or retail.
• Strong background in store operations: staffing, training, scheduling, and expense control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations and lead Customer Service Associates to ensure a friendly experience.
• Train and develop Customer Service Associates to meet safety, quality, and standards.
• Assist hiring, onboarding, coaching, and recognizing the team.
• Coordinate schedules and tasks to keep operations running efficiently.
• Monitor store performance, review reports, manage shrink, and seek improvements.
• Collaborate with peers to develop actions that drive results.
