Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Supervisor - Operations at its 5th Avenue Flagship to lead daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach Team Members, manage floor execution, and contribute to a high-performing, inclusive environment.

You will drive sales performance, maintain product knowledge, and support launches while ensuring inventory accuracy and visual standards across shifts. This is a full-time, on-site role in New York.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or managing in retail
• Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to use sales data to improve performance
• Comfort with standing and physical store duties
• Open availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime

Responsibilities

• Lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset on the floor, delivering warmth and personalized service.
• When assigned as Sales Floor Captain, drive performance through zone management and team motivation.
• Oversee opening/closing, cash handling accuracy, and store cleanliness.
• Coach Team Members on selling behaviors, product knowledge, and styling.
• Deliver feedback and support growth moments through Learning Agility.
• Facilitate training and onboarding of new Team Members and reinforce standards.
• Maintain product knowledge and support launches, restocks, and floor updates.
• Help achieve store KPIs by tracking sales and celebrating wins.
• Monitor inventory, visual standards, and product availability.
• Communicate openly to build an inclusive culture and support customer issues promptly.
• Support daily action plans and shift recaps with Store Leadership.
