SKIMS is seeking a Supervisor for our 5th Avenue Flagship. You will lead daily store operations, coach team members, and deliver a high-touch, inclusive shopping experience. A strong customer focus and leadership presence help drive sales and uphold brand standards.

You will manage opening/closing, cash handling, and product knowledge while partnering with leaders to hit KPIs. This role emphasizes teamwork, rapid decision-making, and delivering a superior customer experience daily.

Qualifications

• Ability to use sales data to improve performance
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 40 pounds

Responsibilities

• Lead with a customer-obsessed mindset on the sales floor.
• As Sales Floor Captain, drive performance through zone management and coaching.
• Ensure daily tasks and operations meet standards and cleanliness.
• Coach Team Members on selling, product knowledge, and styling.
• Provide feedback and support team growth moments.
• Facilitate training and onboarding of new Team Members.
• Maintain product knowledge and support launches, restocks, and updates.
• Help achieve store KPIs and drive results with the team.
• Monitor inventory, visuals, and product availability throughout the day.
• Communicate openly to inspire a positive, inclusive culture.
• Resolve customer issues with empathy and ownership.
• Support daily action plans and shift recaps with leadership.
