SKIMS, located at the 5th Avenue flagship, is seeking a Supervisor to lead the sales floor and drive daily results. You will coach team members, manage store operations, and ensure a positive, inclusive shopping environment.

You will oversee training, product launches, inventory checks, and KPI achievement, while modeling exceptional customer service and brand values on every shift. This role requires standing, lifting up to 40 pounds, and flexible availability.

Formación

• Experience in a supervisory or management role in retail.
• Passion for SKIMS and its mission to serve customers and teams.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a team in a fast paced setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead with a customer-obsessed mindset, delivering warm, personalized service.
• When assigned as Sales Floor Captain, drive performance through coaching and motivation.
• Ensure daily tasks and operations with a lens of operational excellence.
• Coach teammates on selling behaviors, product knowledge, and styling.
• Provide feedback and support growth moments through learning agility.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Maintain product knowledge and execute launches, restocks, and floor updates.
• Help achieve store KPIs by tracking sales and setting goals with the team.
• Monitor inventory, visuals, and product availability throughout the day.
• Communicate openly to foster an inclusive culture and address issues promptly.
