Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Supervisor to drive daily results on the sales floor. You’ll be a role model for delivering excellent customer experiences and help create a high performing, inclusive environment.

You will coach Team Members, lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset, manage zone performance as Sales Floor Captain, and uphold our standards during each shift. This is a full-time role requiring strong leadership, communication, and a commitment to brand values.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or management role in retail.
• Passion for the SKIMS brand and mission to serve the team and customers.
• Strong ability to lead by example and motivate a team in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the floor with customer-obsessed service and model these behaviors for the team.
• Drive performance as Sales Floor Captain through zone management and coaching.
• Ensure daily tasks, cash handling, and store cleanliness meet operational standards.
• Coach Team Members on selling, product knowledge, and styling to customer needs.
• Provide feedback and growth opportunities by encouraging Learning Agility.
• Facilitate training and onboarding of new Team Members and reinforce standards.
• Maintain product knowledge and support launches, restocks, and floor updates.
• Support store KPIs by tracking sales, setting team goals, and celebrating wins.
• Monitor inventory levels, visual standards, and product availability throughout the day.
• Communicate openly to inspire and build an inclusive culture.
• Resolve customer issues with empathy, speed, and ownership.
• Support daily action plans, zone assignments, and shift recaps with leadership.
