Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Supervisor to lead the sales floor and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach Team Members, manage daily operations, and ensure brand standards are met during each shift.

Your leadership will support achieving store KPIs, inventory accuracy, and a positive, inclusive environment where customers feel valued. This role requires full-time availability and physical readiness for a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team.
• Ability to coach and develop Team Members.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving store KPIs.
• Comfort with using sales data to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset by delivering warm, intentional service and modeling behavior for the team.
• When assigned as Sales Floor Captain, drive performance through zone management, coaching, and motivation.
• Ensure daily tasks and priorities are executed with Operational Excellence, including opening/closing procedures, cash accuracy, and store cleanliness.
• Coach Team Members on selling behaviors, product knowledge, and styling to connect features to customer needs.
• Provide feedback and support growth moments by encouraging Learning Agility.
• Help train and onboard new Team Members and reinforce standards, values, and policies.
• Maintain product knowledge and support launches, restocks, and floor updates.
• Assist leadership in achieving store KPIs and driving results by tracking performance and celebrating wins.
• Monitor inventory, visual standards, and product availability throughout the day.
