Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a dynamic Supervisor to lead daily operations on the sales floor, drive results, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This full-time role at the 5th Avenue Flagship focuses on coaching teams, upholding brand standards, and executing store priorities with energy and respect.

You will mentor Team Members, manage zone performance, and support training, inventory, and visual execution to ensure an outstanding shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management retail experience, preferably fashion.
• Passion for SKIMS and inclusivity in service.
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a customer-obsessed mindset and model service on the floor.
• When assigned as Sales Floor Captain, drive performance via zone management and coaching.
• Ensure daily tasks, cash handling, and cleanliness meet standards.
• Coach team on selling behaviors, product knowledge, and styling.
• Facilitate training and onboarding of new Team Members; reinforce standards.
• Maintain product knowledge and support launches, restocks, and floor updates.
• Track sales, set team goals, and celebrate wins to drive results.
• Monitor inventory levels and visual standards with leadership.
• Communicate openly to build an inclusive culture and resolve issues promptly.
