SKIMS is seeking a Supervisor of Customer Experience for the 5th Avenue Flagship in New York. You will lead a fashion-forward team on the sales floor, coaching for exceptional customer service and helping execute daily operations with excellence.

You will model brand values, drive store KPIs, and ensure a high-energy, inclusive environment. Open availability and physical readiness for a fast-paced retail setting are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or management role in retail.
• Passion for SKIMS brand and mission to serve customers with inclusivity and innovation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and ability to motivate a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a customer-obsessed mindset by delivering warm, personalized service on the floor.
• When assigned as Sales Floor Captain, drive performance through coaching and zone management.
• Ensure daily tasks and operations follow procedures, cash handling, and store cleanliness.
• Coach Team Members on selling behaviors, product knowledge, and styling to meet customer needs.
• Deliver feedback to support growth and learning agility within the team.
