CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage stores within your district, delivering strong customer service and performing maintenance tasks.

You will engage customers, meet sales goals, conduct daily property walks, and handle leasing, payments, and courtesy calls. The role requires basic computer skills and a valid driver’s license, with weekend work potential.

Formación

• A self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• You must have the ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance are required.

Responsabilidades

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Working both independently and on a team renting self-storage units, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments utilizing our POS system, completing daily bank deposits, and making courtesy calls to customers regarding late payments.
• Physical tasks include daily walks of the property, cleaning units and store grounds, opening/closing storage doors, and basic maintenance to keep the facility clean and safe.
