Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to support stores within your district. You will develop customer relationships, identify storage needs, and guide customers to solutions while delivering a standout experience.

You will handle leasing, process payments with the POS, perform daily property checks, and help meet monthly sales goals. The role also covers light maintenance tasks to keep facilities clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with a diverse customer base.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic MS Office skills.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Driver's license and access to a vehicle with insurance.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, climb and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Renting units, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments utilizing the POS system, completing daily bank deposits, and following up on late payments.
