Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage and maintain stores within your district. You will blend customer service with property upkeep to keep locations inviting and efficient.

You will develop relationships by identifying storage needs, meet monthly sales targets, show units, process leases and payments with our POS, and perform daily tasks with accuracy and teamwork. This role supports a strong work-life balance with daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to diverse customers.
• Self-driven with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Driver's license, access to a vehicle, and up-to-date insurance.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Physical ability to perform daily walking, bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interact face to face with customers, provide excellent service, and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily operations including lock checks and showing units.
• Rent units, sell merchandise, manage leasing, accept payments via POS, make deposits, and call customers about late payments.
