CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage day-to-day store tasks, greet customers, and ensure a clean, safe facility. You will handle leasing, payments, and basic maintenance while delivering a standout customer experience.

The role offers daytime hours with potential Sundays off, opportunities for growth, and benefits including a 401(k) match and Health Savings Account contributions.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer base.
• Self-driven with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and up-to-date insurance.
• Frequent physical activity including walking, standing, and climbing ladders.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Renting units, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, and processing payments via POS.
• Following up on late payments with courtesy calls.
