CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage and maintain stores within the district. The role blends customer service with hands-on property maintenance to ensure a high-quality experience for customers.

You will interact with customers, drive sales, and handle leasing, payments, and daily banking tasks while contributing to a clean, safe, and organized facility.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Renting self-storage units, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments via POS, completing daily deposits.
