Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage stores within your district. You will build relationships with customers, identify storage needs, and deliver a standout customer experience while performing daily operations and property maintenance.

You will walk the property, show units, process leasing, accept payments via POS, and ensure a safe, clean facility. Weekend availability is required at times; drive and support across locations may be needed.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse market.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions.
• Interact face-to-face with customers, deliver excellent service and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily operational tasks and show units.
• Rent units, sell store merchandise, manage leasing, process payments via POS, and handle deposits.
