Qualifications

• Positive and outgoing personality.
• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver's license, and up-to-date insurance.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Renting self-storage units, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments via POS, completing daily deposits.
• Maintaining a clean and safe storage facility to meet company guidelines.
