Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage and maintain stores within your district. You will build customer relationships, rent units, process payments, and help keep the facility clean and secure.

This role offers daytime hours with potential Sundays off, competitive pay from day one, and growth opportunities across the U.S. A positive, team-oriented mindset and ability to work Saturdays are important.

Qualifications

• A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience in delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• A self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays is required.
• Access to a personal vehicle, valid license and insurance may be required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units.
