Qualifications

• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse market.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance.
• Frequent standing, sitting, kneeling, crouching, crawling, bending, climbing or balancing on a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily tasks including lock checks and showing units.
• Rent self-storage units, sell store merchandise, manage leasing, process payments using POS, and handle deposits.
