CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage stores within a district. You will handle customer service, leasing processes, payments via POS, and daily maintenance tasks to ensure a clean, safe facility. The role emphasizes walking the property, meeting sales goals, and providing an outstanding customer experience.

The position requires a positive, outgoing personality, strong teamwork, and the ability to work Saturdays. Authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interact face to face with customers, provide excellent service, and build rapport.
