CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage daily store activities and customer interactions within your district. You will help customers identify self-storage solutions and facilitate the leasing process, while maintaining a clean, safe facility.

You will perform routine maintenance tasks, assist with payments, and support a positive customer experience across shifts, including some weekend hours. Join a team that values growth and reliable service.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse market.
• Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays and maintain reliable attendance.
• Access to a personal vehicle with up-to-date insurance.

Responsibilities

• Interact face-to-face with customers, deliver excellent service, build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics; rent storage units and process payments.
