Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage two key areas: customer service and property maintenance across the district. The role emphasizes daytime hours with potential Sundays off, competitive pay from day one, and PTO growth.

You’ll also contribute to 401(k) planning and access to affordable medical plans for your family. The position requires standing, walking, and light lifting during daily tasks, with the ability to work Saturdays and a valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• Self-driven with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle and valid license with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering an exceptional experience.
• Interact face-to-face with customers, provide excellent service, and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily operations, including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Rent storage units, sell store merchandise, manage leasing, process payments at the POS, and handle daily deposits.
