Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage stores within your district, delivering standout customer service and reliable property maintenance. You will interact with customers, rent units, process payments, and keep the facility clean and safe.

The role offers daytime hours with occasional Sundays, paid time off, a 401(k) match, and benefits including health plans. You must be able to walk the property, perform tasks up to 50 lbs, and have a valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with diverse customer base.
• Self-driven with strong operations focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and access to a vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Physical ability to perform tasks (standing, bending, climbing).

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships and meet monthly sales goals.
• Interact face-to-face and provide excellent service.
• Rent units, process payments, and manage leasing.
• Walk and inspect property, perform daily operational tasks.
