CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage two key areas: Customer Service and Property Maintenance. You will develop relationships, promote storage solutions, process leasing, payments, and ensure a clean, secure facility.

This role emphasizes daytime hours with occasional Sundays, a supportive team environment, and growth opportunities across the U.S. A positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work Saturdays are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Ability to work Saturdays and weekends as required.
• Access to a personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and current insurance.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, delivering excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units.
• Handling leasing processes, accepting payments, and daily deposits using the POS system.
