CubeSmart is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage daily store tasks and customer interactions. You will rent units, process payments, and maintain the facility while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high quality customer service.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb as needed.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Some locations may require Sunday hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Renting self-storage units, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments via POS, and making daily bank deposits.
• Maintaining facility by cleaning, mopping, changing light bulbs, and keeping restrooms and grounds tidy.
